Arrival at Hong Kong
pre-conference events
A wide variety of public transport services operate to and from Hong Kong International Airport.
We’d suggest you taking one of the following to the hotel:

The train platform is right inside the airport building so it is convenient

Trains depart at approximately 10 minutes intervals from 05:54 to 00:48 daily

The train journey to or from city center takes approximately 23 minutes

There is free shuttle service at the key stations to major hotels
Taxis

Taxis offer a door to door service to and from Hong Kong International Airport. Arriving passengers can catch a taxi at the Taxi Station, located near the left-hand ramp outside the Hong Kong Airport Arrivals Hall.

Hong Kong taxis are colour-coded according to their operating areas. Please take Urban taxis (red) which operates in most areas in Hong Kong to the hotel

If you arrive Macao by air, you can take complimentary shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel

From Hong Kong by Ferry

If you arrive by ferry from Hong Kong, please take the ferry from Hong Kong to Cotai. There, you can take the complimentary hotel shuttle bus or taxi to the hotel
